One of our largest residences and the only one that boasts a private pool Themonia is an exclusive 2-bedroom villa of 90sq.m. and can host 4-6 guests while it proudly stands for the contemporary, premium Cycladic living. The house has been reconstructed right at the place of the traditional Themonia of the plot which connects it directly with the island’s tradition as “themonia” was a rural building where farmers kept their farming tools and also used it as a summer home.
Its voluminous living room offers ample lounging furnishings – two large sofas and an armchair – and large windows that let the outside pristine beauty overwhelm the house. There is also a voluminous, fully equipped kitchen and all modern appliances to provide for its guests’ catering needs as well as indoor dining furnishings for 6. Two private en-suite bedrooms with quality linen, a third bathroom in the living room and luxurious toiletries from a Greek brand will embrace guests in the most rejuvenating sleep.
Apart from its opulent amenities and the relaxing atmosphere, Themonia also boasts an outdoor area of 130 sq.m. with private pool and view in Kastro – the only residence in our complex that offers a private pool – where you will quietly enjoy many refreshing dips and, of course, sunbathing.
